We are members of Gilmer County Beekeepers Club as well as Blairsville Mountain Beekeepers. We have 5 hives of honey bees going into this 2015-2016 year. This summer we robbed 12 gallons of wild flower honey from our lovely ladies. The most for us so far. yahooo... Healthy Hives!
We sell our honey for $25 for a quart of wild flower honey and $14 for a pint. We also make and sell vanilla lip gloss made from our bees wax for $4 a piece, as well as votive candles for $5 each.
If you are interested in keeping Bees contact me at 770-356-4234 or email@example.com. It is an awesome hobby. One which is good for the Honey Bees, who are having such a difficult time thriving. Recently they were placed on the endangered species list! Tasty, healthy, sweet Honey. And bees wax has so many uses. We make lip gloss, lotions, potions and candles. The Candles are said to have the negative ionizing effects like a waterfall or rainstorm. And most importantly....they are pollinators!
